Sparks Academy is committed to keeping children safe. Every account is created and controlled by a parent or guardian, who is the contact for all account matters. All progress reports, receipts and account emails go to the parent's email address.
There is no messaging between students, no public profiles, and no user-generated content visible to other children. In staff views, other students' names are pseudonymised. Course content is age-appropriate and reviewed before publication. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service (see our Privacy Policy) and never use children's data for advertising.
Where we provide any live or in-person tuition, tutors hold an enhanced DBS check and follow our safeguarding policy, including never contacting a child directly outside the platform — all communication is with the parent.
